Prior to registering with NVHA, all players and skaters must officially register with USA Hockey.  This can be done online at the USA Hockey website.  After completing the registration with USA Hockey, you will be given a confirmation number that you provide to NVHA.  More details on the USA Hockey registration process are available here.

To complete your registration with NVHA, please complete the forms contained at the links below and send them with your USA Hockey registration confirmation number and a $150.00 registration fee to:
